The Annual General Meeting of the Royston and District Motorcycle Club will be held on Wednesday 21st January at Whaddon Village Hall from 8 p.m.

The current committee members are as follows:

• President – Ben Davies
• Chairman – Alan Evans 
• Vice Chairman – Andrew Proudfoot
• Secretary – Guy Moody
• Treasurer – Chris Stafford
• Membership Secretary – Jim Greig 
• Show Coordinator – Dan Shaw (who replaced Mark Coningsby after the June 2025 show)
• BMF Liaison – Steve Coningsby
• Events Coordinator Simon Whybrow 
• Web and Social Media – John Gordon
• General Committee Members

As in previous years all positions on the Committee are open for re-election with the exception of Ben’s role as Club President. 

Existing committee members do not need to be nominated to continue but must be seconded prior to election taking place at the AGM.

Prospective new members for any committee position must be nominated and seconded prior to any election taking place at the AGM.

Election to the committee will be by a vote of all members.

Could existing committee members please notify Guy Moody if they wish to stand for re-election in 2026.   Any nominations for new committee members to Guy Moody in advance of the meeting please.  (If you nominate anybody for a position please do so with their consent).

An agenda for the AGM will be issued one week before the meeting.
